Back in the day I used to do conference calls as much as 4 times a week.
When I was young and hungry and rocking and rolling.
But over the years as you build up residual income and learn your craft
it gets easy to get lazy and give it a break.
Over the weekend I realized that it has been MONTHS since
I have been out in PUBLIC doing free stuff for the
masses.
I have been cooped up in little corners....
Doing one on ones and private classes for my team and clients
But I am missing the JUICE of being in front of a live crowd...
Going OFF THE CUFF...
Stream of consciousness...
Never knowing what might come out of my mouth as I delve into
my MARKETING MADNESS!
So starting tonight I am going LIVE.
We'll try the show out on Blab.im and see
how I live that
format or I may go back to hangouts or maybe even calls
(which secretly are my favorite)
We'll see.
But what I do know is that I have something to say...
So from now till the end of the year I will be live on Monday night and
I am auditioning co-hosts for what may become an on going show.
So
what am I looking for in a co host?
First of all ...someone with a sense of humor.
I like to have fun on these shows and I need someone who can
roll with the punches. No uptight peeps should apply!
Next...I need someone who is knowledgeable about what is
going on in the marketplace.
You need to know the players on the field, the news, the launches,
the collapses and so on.
Finger on the vibe if you know what I mean.
You need to understand the job is COLOR COMMENTARY...
Its not a starring role.
But what is could be is HUGE exposure for the right person
which is turn would lead to you becoming a star in and of your own right.
Me...I was a co host for SIX years ....quietly earning gobs of
money
while I honed my skills which turned me into one of those "overnight successes"
people think "just happened"
I paid my dues and it paid off....BIG TIME!
I prefer someone who is currently working with me but I am
open to new guys if you think you have the chops.
If you are not working with me ask me how to because of course we will
be using a the show as a promotion platform.
Most of all I want a person who understand the opportunity...
Is super fun and who is happy to be groomed while serving in the secondary role.
You must be quick on your feet....know how to pass the ball and know how to have
a good laugh.
You must be comfortable with controversial commentary of the space and not
be worried about people being mad at you.
People WILL come to you to say things about me.
Some will be disturbed by the show.
Others will become zealot fans
You must be on my team.
You must not get caught up in the marketplace drama
that will undoubtedly take place.
No gossip will be tolerated.
No whining, no blowing the show off.
No showing up without
energy...
I'll do the show myself before I present less than excellence.
So that's the scoop.
