What Up With That?

SO I write a letter with the email headline

Talking a Dump...

Call myself a bitch in the headline....32% open rate!

Jut put Serious?
 
And I get a whopping 37%!!!

I know...outrageous...right?

But I do pride myself with having a VERY
responsive list...

So yesterday I write about "Ca.sh Copy Clinics"
and I get like 16%!!!

What up with that???

Kinda crazy..no?

People tell me they want to build a profitable business
but they are more  likely to open an email thinking
I am talking about going to the TOILET!

(which btw the email was NOT about!)

Do you realize that being able to write solid copy
is one of the most valuable skills you can possess in your business.

And yet when I tell people that I am doing some workshops
letting you sit in and watch me write while I explain the 
thought process behind it and that I will also let you HAVE the 
letter sets...no one pays attention.

Its a MYSTERY as Jim Rohn would say!

But I figured if I maybe wrote a different headline
you might open up...

And btw...

That is one of the tricks I will be teaching...

How to write headlines that CAUSE people to open.

Clearly the lesson for today is to NOT write headlines 
about anything that sounds like WORK!

 NO one wants to do that!

NO WAY!
