Yes...I know it's not lady like to say this...

 

But sometimes technology just sucks!

 

This is one of those times.

 

I promised I'd send out the I'm Inspired call and TEN(10) bonus 

audios on Friday but I have not been able to upload anything at all

with my internet connection so you'll just have to suffice with a video

training for today which  is pretty appropriate if you ask me...

And when I get frustrated with technology is when the danger REALLY

sets in and it get's easy to get distracted and lose time.
