Not to be snotty...

That is truly not my intention.

But the last few hours has been truly comical.

As I am sure you know ...

Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and What's App have had serious problems today.

And then of course everyone and their uncle (even my best friend) wrote a letter telling folks WHY it is so important to build a list.

I have also received a ton of emails from my contacts saying OK...I finally get it....You were right....

I need to build a list.

Me...I have been preaching that EVERYONE needs to have an email list and NOT rely on Social Media since before Facebook even existed.

SERIOUS.

I taught my first workshop on how to use an autoresponder in 2005.

I have stood on my soapbox and BEGGED people to pay attention and learn this skill.

I have taught classes on it over and over.

I have had hundreds of people come to me and say "I wish I had listened to you way back when and built a list"

I have done millions upon millions in sales with my little list and yet people still tell me it doesn't work.


And today it is just comical as we are getting a sneak peek of what it would be like to not have social media and people are freaking out and everyone and their uncle is now preaching to build a list.

Let me just tell you this...

I have done it since 2001.

I have taught it to the public since 2005.

I have been mocked, ridiculed and told that small lists don't pay.

And yet I AM STILL HERE.

In fact today is the 22nd anniversary of my starting a home business.

In 1999 I sighed on the dotted line...said a prayer and made my first sale.

Fast forward to today and I have become a top producer and top earner.

WHY?

Because I built a freeken list.

And starting very soon I will be offering my SKILLS CLINICS where you can practice all the things you need to run a successful home business.

And as you might have guessed...

A good number of the CLINICS will rotate around setting up a list, building the list, writing the list and selling to the list.

WHY?

Because THIS is where the money is.

And yes...I will do CLINICS on Facebook Profiles, Facebook Posts, Graphics, Short Videos, Long Videos, Facebook Lives, Instagram, Instagram Live, talking to people online, customer follow up using a CRM, using mail to follow up with your customers and team, batch content creation etc.

I could go on and on about the CLINICS we can do.

What we work on is really up to you.

But the one thing I want to say on this day....My home business anniversary day...

Is that the only way you are going to win at this game is if you create massive leverage and that my friend is MY SPECIALTY.

I run a little solo home business that makes more money that most doctors, lawyers and corporate executives.

And it all started with A LIST and building strong SKILLS.

So ya...everyone is screaming about having a list today.

Me...I don't really need to.

Because EVERYONE knows that is what I do and that is who I am.

A List Building, Lead Gettin, Money Making Machine.

I sure would love to be the one you practice with,

Because without practice and guidance...you ain't gonna make it.

And I would hate to see that happen.



With that being said I bid you ADIEU...

I have much to do to set up the SKILLS CLINICS.

I have never been more excited about a project in my career.
