I Was Hoping It Wouldn't Come But I Knew It Would...

And it came this week.

And when the moment comes nothing else much matters.

That's why I was jumping up and down a few days ago and all of a sudden went silent and didn't get back to a bunch of people.

I'm sad to say that my mom has dementia and it has been progressing at a rapid clip over the last year.

In fact I was shocked that we even got to be together at Christmastime because I was sure that 2023 was gonna be our last one but we got a gift.

Then January came and the day I dreaded was upon us.

My mom fell...split the back of her head open and fractured her shoulder.

Now normally I don't share personal stuff but this time I am doing it for two reasons.

1) I'd like to ask for your prayers for my family 

and 

2) I need to ask for your patience while we maneuver hospitals, rehab and whatever comes after that.

She was physically in pretty good shape before the fall but now we are playing a whole different game.

Thankfully I have two wonderful sisters and we are united in helping my parents so I know we will find the best solutions.

But in the mean time next week is gonna be a little dicey for me.

Two of my sisters are up in New York now and I will remain at home over the weekend and then I will go and swap out with them on Monday.

So my list of things to accomplish this weekend is large including communicating with all the people who decided to participate in the Triple Residual Pack and get with all the people that asked for info that couldn't join us last week when we did a casual Q and A.
