Maybe You Heard...
 

If you've been following me for any amount of time you probably heard it.

If you're new you're about to hear it.

It's like a whisper.

Hard to put your finger on but you know its there and if you're a fan of my content (which you probably are if you're reading this) it's attracted you perhaps without your knowing why.

If you haven't figured it out yet...

I'm not like the other kids.

I do not spend my days talking about "How Tos" although I know how do many things...

Especially make money.

You rarely hear me talk about "goal setting" although I have massive goals.

You don't hear me talking about "DMOs" much.

(daily method of operation for those that aren't familiar with that one)

I don't do all the usual New Years workshops so you can get ready for 2025 and the drop your activity 2 weeks later.

And I don't much hype people up although I DO get into a passionate rant now and again.

And most of all I never try to sell you.

Ever notice that?

In a sea of people that are teaching about CLOSING I am not  interested in that activity at all.

Weird...

Right?

And yet somehow you keep coming back around to listen.

Why is that?

Why do folks go off to the biz op du jour in order to try to "make money" but eventually find themselves craving a good ol fashioned Hochman call?

At least that is what I have been hearing for days since I launched my site and started to write again.

They tell me they've missed me.

Have you missed me?

You may think so.

But the truth is that it's not me that you have missed at all.

It's been how I do what I do that you've missed.

There's a secret behind it that I'd like to explore with you over the course of a few letters.

I know I told you that I was gonna share about my new home and the 80% commissions and all that great stuff but NONE of that matters if you don't understand a few things about ATTRACTION that the vast majority of hone business owners are missing and not working to really internalize these ideas doens't mean you won't make money but chances are you wil do A LOT more work to get that money.

Basically it's getting on a Digital Marketing Hamster Wheel that makes you have to keep running and running and running.

Having to keep up the constant grind in order to eek out a living and being petrified that if you stop for any amount of time your business will tank?
